R3 Recovery & Wellness

R3 Recover & Wellness is a recovery and wellness studio in La Jolla, built around cold/hot plunge, compression, infrared sauna, and red light therapy. R3 is leading the shift from gym membership to recovery as part of how people take care of themselves.

As Marketing Coordinator, I run the creative and the marketing from end to end. I built the content system, aswell as a weekly cadence for planning, filming, editing, and scheduling. Ensuring the brand looks consistent and nothing falls behind. I shoot and edit the content myself, including client testimonials, behind-the-scenes, and service features.

Beyond content, I handle the relationships and partnerships that bring people through the door. That includes co-branded collaborations, event concepts, and educational emails that reaches 1,700+ subscribers across multiple lists. Email, social, and in-person events all work toward the same goal: getting people to make recovery a ritual

Every piece is built around R3's belief that recovery isn't a luxury. It's the missing piece of how people train, work, and live.
